What happens to an enquiry

Names, phone numbers, suburbs and job descriptions sent through the enquiry form are emailed to the site operator so the end-to-end flow can be tested. The chat assistant shows you a summary first and emails it, with the conversation transcript, only if you confirm. No booking or customer relationship is created.

A confirmed chat enquiry, including the conversation, and contact-form enquiries may also be sent to the operator’s connected automation systems.

Chat requests are kept for about a day so a retry cannot send a duplicate email, then deleted.

The chat assistant

The assistant identifies itself as AI and as part of a fictional demonstration. Chat messages are sent to an AI provider to generate replies, so please use test information only.

Questions

Platform maintainers can use the private repository for review and issue tracking. The public email shown on this lab is intentionally non-routable: hello@marlow-creek-garden-care.invalid.
